Arran Folk Festival 2027

The 31st Arran Folk Festival runs over the weekend of 11 to 13 June 2027 in Brodick. It is the first under a new organiser, Uncle Keith, who takes over after the previous organiser's fifteen years in charge. The published programme has free open sessions at The Douglas Hotel from 12:00 to 17:00 on the Friday and Saturday: bring an instrument, bring a song, or just come and listen. Evening concerts run from 19:00 to 23:00 on both nights at Brodick Public Hall, which is licensed. The headline and support acts are still to be announced. A free late-night session follows the Friday concert, venue to be confirmed. The festival also plans a free Waulking Songs workshop with Rena Gertz, with places given out first come, first served.
